2. What the Service Does

MentionGPT helps founders and marketers track relevant Reddit conversations by monitoring keywords, surfacing the most relevant threads, and drafting AI-assisted replies. The Service is provided as a tool to support your own judgment - you remain solely responsible for what you choose to post and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform, including Reddit's own terms and content policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass other users, impersonate anyone, scrape data in violation of a platform's terms, or engage in any unlawful or abusive activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that, in our reasonable judgment, misuse the Service or put it at risk.

4. Billing and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, uninterrupted availability, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentionGPT will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
